Read this article published today by BBC News and then compare it to the real data from NOAA in the image attached...I gathered this data today from NOAA. Notice, that near the Arctic Cycle sea level has the biggest drop in Ocean level. Marked by darker arrows.
The BBC are famous for doing this in the REAL world of science. The BBC always give out b***sh*t stories to cover extreme winters/ events and never give out temperature data..... "Because global temperature has fallen." The Arctic Cycle has been colder then ever this winter.
People/ family tell me I shouldn't get angry over this stuff but, I can't help it, it's a flat lie and science deserves to be presented truthfully. They manipulate science/ data like a child paints a canvas.

Antarctic sea ice shows a small but significant expansion, in contrast to the trend seen in the Arctic.
Climate change is expanding Antarctica's sea ice, according to a scientific study in the journal Nature Geoscience. B***sh*t
The paradoxical phenomenon is thought to be caused by relatively cold plumes of fresh water derived from melting beneath the Antarctic ice shelves. B***sh*t
This melt water has a relatively low density, so it accumulates in the top layer of the ocean.
The cool surface waters then re-freeze more easily during Autumn and Winter.
This explains the observed peak in sea ice during these seasons, a team from the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) in De Bilt says in its peer-reviewed paper. All B***sh*t
Climate "scientists" have been intrigued by observations that Antarctic sea ice shows a small but statistically significant expansion of about 1.9% per decade since 1985, while sea ice in the Arctic has been shrinking over past decades. (Not anymore....so...B***sh*t)
The "researchers" from the KNMI suggest the "negative feedback" effect outlined in their study is expected to continue into the future. B***sh*t
They tried to reproduce the observed changes in a computer-based climate model. (But they couldn't because the data is b***sh*t)
The sea ice expanded during Southern Hemisphere autumn and winter in response to the development of this fresh, cool surface layer, which floated on the denser, warmer salty sea water below.
This fresh water is ultimately derived from enhanced melting at the base of the Antarctic ice shelves. (Again not anymore...guess what....B***sh*t)
"Sea ice around Antarctica is increasing despite the warming global climate," said the study's lead author Richard Bintanja, from the KNMI. (Finally some truth....thank you)
"This is caused by melting of the ice sheets from below," he told the Reuters news agency. (Thought that wouldn't last long....b***sh*t)
But there are other plausible explanations for Antarctic sea-ice expansion. (Yeah, like Global Cooling, dumb dumb)
Paul Holland of the British Antarctic Survey (BAS) stuck to his findings last year that a shift in winds linked to climate change was blowing ice away from the coast, allowing exposed water in some areas to freeze and make yet more ice. (Obviously, and colder temperatures)
"The possibility remains that the real increase is the sum of wind-driven and melt water-driven effects, of course. That would be my best guess, with the melt water effect being the smaller of the two," he told the London Science Media Centre.
The study in Nature Geoscience also asserts that the cool melt water layer may limit the amount of water sucked from the oceans that falls as snow on Antarctica. Cold air can hold less moisture than warm air.
Jesus, glad that's over. So basically they are trying to say that it's warming that causes the melt water to freeze. No, no it's doesn't BBC...not at all.
Please people chuck out all previous knowledge which they fed you about localised warming and global warming. The only thing that can cause localised warming is trees, in the form of a forest (much like how the hairs work on your arm, to keep heat in) make sense, Good. Some localised warming comes from Cities. People there isn't forests in Antarctica OR the Arctic Cycle so, It's either warming or cooling, not both. It's cooling, that's why sea ice is growing. If sea ice grows in Antarctica it shrinks in the Arctic Cycle and vice versa, this is due to the procession equinoxes. It's not rocket science...just basic physics any REAL scientist would know that.
WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO EFFECT ON EARTH CLIMATE. Al Gore (millionaire) started this crap, now where is he to finish it. Any REAL science/ research organisation has little funding if any, not much $$$$ in REAL science I'm afraid. Why is Al Gore a multi millionaire again???
