The Jet Stream has now started to retreat north. When will our policy makers realise and admit that climate is driven by solar activity?

Russian scientist Dr. Habibullo Abdusamatov predicts we will be entering the cooling off period in 2014, Robert Felix of iceagenow.info, agrees, he goes on to say that our policy makers should start to be at-least admitting that we're heading into a mini ice age condition by 2014.
